Michael S. Jones

Jones is managing partner and founder of 952 Capital Partners, a private equity firm with a long-term focus by delivering strategic growth capital and expertise to small-medium sized businesses.

Jones has over 22 years of experience in financial services helping businesses grow and prosper through lending, capital markets, and advisory with a deep understanding of different business models. Throughout his career, Jones has completed over $10 billion in corporate finance and merger and acquisition transactions.

Prior to financial services, Jones worked with Citigroup Venture Capital in their portfolio companies working closely with the equity partners to create value through merger & acquisitions, capital markets, restructuring and operational efficiencies.

Jones received his bachelor's degree from Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky; an MBA from Syracuse University; and is a certified public accountant. He currently serves on the board of directors for several private and non-profit organizations.
